Charleston One Source specializes in one thing: Beautiful hardwood flooring.
Started by partners Pat Devaney and Tom Werner in 2005, we work directly with experienced mills that produce some of the most distinctive and sought-after environmentally-friendly wood flooring available.
We are proud to feature The Goodwin Company’s River Recovered® and Building-Reclaimed Antique Heart Pine; Appalachian Heritage Hardwoods from Union Church Millworks, a family-owned mill in the mountains of Virginia; and Antique Barnwoods from abandoned barns that are skillfully deconstructed board by board and beam by beam.
For those looking to expand their design options, we offer custom hand scraping and finishing, as well as a full range of flooring options from a select number of other quality mills.
Our customers consist of architects, interior designers, builders and discriminating homeowners. In order to serve their needs and provide the best industry knowledge available, we have invested our time to be apprised of the latest construction and building science information available through the National Wood Flooring Association, the Floor Inspectors Guild, American Institute of Architects, Construction Specifications Institute and the Building Enclosure Council.
Our floors are featured in the 2013 Coastal Living Magazine Show House on Daniel Island, SC and the 2009 Charleston Home and Design Magazine Idea House on the Charleston Peninsula, as well as many of the finest homes and offices in the South Carolina Lowcountry and far, far beyond.
Just a short drive from the world famous golf communities of Kiawah, Seabrook and Daniel Island, our showroom is conveniently located in Mount Pleasant between historic downtown Charleston, SC and the beach communities of Sullivans Island and Isle of Palms.
